About the Role

An independent insurance brokerage with a long history of excellence in high net worth personal risk management has an opportunity to join their team as Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager. Their agency is growing, giving an opportunity for you to step in to a support role alongside the Managing Director and a seasoned client service team. From them the learning opportunities in private client personal lines will be endless. They see this as a path towards career advancement into more account manager responsibilities, client engagement, and involvement in the full-service cycle.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support all client service requests from policy changes and additions to questions about billing and claims status
  • Assist with renewal preparation, gathering updated information, completing applications, and preparing summaries/proposals/presentations for clients
  • Obtain quotes using online rating platforms as well as corresponding with underwriters and following through with information requests

Skills & Experience

  • At least 2-3 years of personal lines independent insurance agency experience; affluent, private client policy exposure is preferred
  • Active state insurance license
