Job DescriptionJob Description

Ruble Trucks is seeking a dedicated and organized Parts Inventory Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our parts inventory, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and optimal stock levels. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is proficient in Microsoft Office and bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain parts inventory for Ruble Truck Sales.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Order and restock parts as needed to avoid shortages and overstock situations.
  • Monitor and manage parts usage and demand trends.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Maintain inventory records and documentation.
  • Work closely with the service and maintenance teams to ensure they have the necessary parts.
  • Implement and improve inventory control procedures.
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs to 50 lbs
  • Bend over and work above/overhead and on a ladder if necessary
  • Run a hand cart/hand dolly

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (10+ years Spanish)
  • Previous experience in inventory management, particularly in the automotive or truck industry, is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions.
