Job Description

Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement and production teams to maintain optimal stock levels.Conduct regular audits of inventory processes and systems to identify and resolve discrepancies.Analyze inventory data to forecast future demand and make informed purchasing decisions.Implement inventory tracking systems to streamline operations and improve accuracy.Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and handling of inventory.Collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory turnover and minimize carrying costs.Prepare and present reports on inventory status, trends, and performance metrics to management.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field. Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Excel/ERP experience
