Job Overview:
Jans Corporation is seeking skilled and experienced Finish Carpenters to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship. This role involves working on various commercial construction projects, ensuring all finish carpentry work is completed to the highest standards.

Pay: Ranging from $20 - $28 per hour, based on experience.

Hours: A typical work day is Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 3:30PM, actual working hours and days may vary due to project deadlines - overtime may be required as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Must be willing to do inside and outside work
  • Willing to work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Must be available for some travel outside of Sioux Falls (about 20%)
  • Physical endurance to complete the necessary tasks
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
