Job type - Full time

Dynamic, fun, and fast paced Roseville/Folsom Orthopedic Surgical Practice is in search of a full-time Front Office Check-out Coordinator to join our family oriented team. Ideal candidates must be tech savvy, able to multitask, have good verbal, and written communication skills and prior related experience is helpful, but not required. Most importantly, candidates must have an energetic, warm, and friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.

This position will require the skill to take on many responsibilities and duties that include: greeting patients, checking in patients, understanding HIPAA, maintaining efficient patient flow, answering multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments for multiple providers, checking and responding to emails, verifying insurance benefits and working within our EHR (electronic health record).

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to work Mon-Fri 8:00am to 4:30pm in multi-office locations
  • Knowledge of EHR (Athena experience is a plus)
  • Knowledge of G Suite
  • Detail oriented
  • Team player
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
