Pridestaff is currently seeking a LMPC Compression Machine Operator for a manufacturing facility located in Ontario, CA.  This is a long-term position with potential for hire. Please see job requirements below to be considered.

  • Pay Rate: $16.50 to $17.00
  • Shift: Monday – Thursday, (5am or 3:30pm 4-day, 10-hour shift)

Job Description:

Will be working in the LPMC Department and will work on compression machines. Position requires working in a Compression Molding room and with working with Fiberglass/Reinforced Plastic parts. Position also requires to learn and assist Machine Operators until fully trained.  Training includes light sanding of parts, lifting parts out of mold once cured and place on tables. Position also requires to stack finished parts onto pallets and to move to other department with use of a manual pallet jack. 

Requirements: 

  • Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in Machine Operation or related Manufacturing experience. Aerospace experience highly preferred. 
  • Must be able to work with fiberglass/plastic material 
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check prior to start.
