Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a leading manufacturer of hydraulic steering components.  We are currently seeking assemblers who speak both English and Spanish.

Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Pay: $15/hr

Job Duties:

  • Perform pre-assembly, assembly and testing activities of products.
  • Perform pre-assembly, assembly and testing activities according to the operating instructions provided for each product and using the tools provided (screwdrivers, pliers, etc.).  At each batch change, it is necessary to provide, either independently or with shift leader/maintenance support, set-up of the workstation.  
  • Assembly cycles and any finished product drawings must be displayed at the assembly stations. Methods for preparing cycle documents are defined in our internal procedure PQ 092. Assembly cycles or drawings may call up other documents (process specifications, internal specifications, etc.) which must also be on display or otherwise available at the workstations.
  • 100% functional and leakage testing must be performed on all products. The recording of the checks required for final testing must be made on the appropriate test sheets (see PQ103 Final inspection and deliberation internal procedure).
  • In carrying out production activities, the operator must pay attention to adherence to the assigned cycle times visible on the appropriate screen.
  • Consistency and assiduity in the workplace are essential to ensure the required output of production.


 Requirements:

  • Attendance is very important for us.  We need someone who will be at work, on time, everyday.
  • Must wear steel toe boots
  • Will also wear provided PPE such as gloves or safety glasses
  • Experience with hand and power tools
  • Experience with calipers, gauges, micrometers, etc.
