Full-Time, On-Site | $110-$125K plus benefits | Adult IOP - SUD and MH program

Purpose: Clinical program and operational oversight. Directly supervise, empower, and develop a team of therapists and case managers. Foster a positive work environment conducive to professional and personal development. Act as the clinical face of the program and an ambassador for the company.

Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership:

  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, program goals, policies, and procedures
  • Foster a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and professional development
  • Collaborate with the medical director, therapists, and case managers for comprehensive and integrated care

Staff Supervision and Development:

  • Maintain a pulse on staff performance; intervene with support and mentorship when appropriate
  • Encourage and support continuing education opportunities

Program Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations ensuring adequate coverage and patient flow
  • Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes and client satisfaction - implement quality improvement initiatives as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and ethical guidelines

Clinical Supervision and Case Consultation:

  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision and case consultation
  • Support staff in developing individualized treatment plans including navigation through complex clinical cases
  • Step in to deliver direct client care and/or crisis management when appropriate to ensure safety and well-being

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree
  • LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC credentials
  • Eligible or experienced supervising associate therapists
  • Two years of experience in mental health and/or substance use in outpatient settings
  • Experience with evidence-based practices, treatment modalities, and clinical interventions
  • Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology platforms
