Progressive manufacturing company seeks a Maintenance Manager/Maintenance supervisor to assist in the planning and managing of maintenance policies and procedures.

You will be accountable for a staff of 33.

All craft supervisors report to this person as well:

(1) Electrical Super

(1) Pipe Fitter Super

(1) Millwright Super

(1) Planner

You will implement and track best practices, driving a culture of safety and quality and shared responsibilities for the success of the operation

What you need to succeed:

· Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.

· Preferred candidate will have 5-10 years of increasing responsibility in the Maintenance areas with at least 5 in a management role.

· Skilled in PM/PdM (preventative and predictive maintenance)

· Experienced in FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)

· Knowledge of applicable machines and tools, design, use and repair.

Additional Roles include

Production Supervisor for 24/7 plant: who will be reporting to the Plant Manager and Machine Superintendent. Production Supervisor will direct staff to assure that production targets and Metrics are met. Coordinate production operations and maintain effective quality procedures and safety regulations, build a team environment motivated to meet company goals and objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Plan and control production mindful of machine capabilities.

· Assign crews based on work priorities, review machine schedules, order requirements.

· Responsible for overall shift performance, meet key performance indicators (KPI’s) including: safety, environmental, quality and production efficiency.

Process Engineer: Responsible for reviewing the organization's operations, testing effectiveness and monitoring operating requirements. Manage the efficiency and safety of current manufacturing processes and develops new processes to improve manufacturing efficiency and decrease its costs.
