Location: Longview, WA 98632

Duration: 12 months

Pay range: $19 to $20/hour

 

Position Description:

  • We're looking for a meticulous and driven MRO Data Analyst to join our team.
  • This role is crucial in enhancing our database of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) items, ensuring accuracy and completeness in our records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Accuracy and Maintenance: Identify and correct inaccuracies or incomplete data through thorough internet research and utilization of resources from suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Data Organization: Classify MRO items into appropriate categories to streamline our inventory system.
  • System Integration: Verify existing records in our system, update data as needed or create new records using the "Integrity" tool.
  • Data Management: Ensure up-to-date and precise data entries, adding important details and integrating data from old records.
  • Research and Reporting: Identify items requiring further research, document findings, and communicate these to the Project Manager.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly targets as outlined by the Project Manager, contributing to overall project success.

 

Deliverables:

  • Accurate and up-to-date data reflecting corrected or missing information.
  • Properly categorized MRO items with all essential details included.
  • Integration of data from outdated records into current item details.
  • Addition of relevant supplementary data for new and updated items.
  • Clear documentation of items needing additional research.
  • Consistent achievement of goals as set by the Project Manager.

 

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with data management tools, especially "Integrity," is a plus.
  • Proficiency in internet research and resource utilization for data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
