Shipping & Assembly Crate Builder Lead

Assembly Crate Builder Lead Pay :  $20-25/hour  (Rogers, MN)

Assembly Crate Builder Lead Shift: M- Th  5am to 3:30pm;    Fri 5am to 11am

  • Sometimes OT on Friday

Assembly Crate Builder Lead Job Overview: Provides leadership and instructions to the crate building team including the shipment/receiving of materials, parts and finished products.  This is a working lead position, you will also build custom wooden crates for the shipping. 

Assembly Crate Builder Lead Key Requirements:

  • Carpentry background is required, using woodworking tools including tape measure, drill, saw, nail gun and other power tools
  • Leadership experience required and willingness to grow in your job
  • Ideal candidate will be energetic, dependable, have a great work ethic and ability to work at a fast pace.
  • Provide own Steel toe boots

Shipping  & Assembly Crate Builder Lead

  Assembly Crate Builder Lead Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership and instructions to the crate building team including the shipment/receiving of materials, parts and finished products.  Also loading, unloading, scheduling trucks
  • This is a working lead position, you will also build custom wooden crates for the shipping, , building and crating of finished products
  • Assemble miscellaneous steel, aluminum and composite components using hand tools.
  • Also you will provide training and direction of shipping personnel
