Medford is looking to hire a full-time Facilities Manager to oversee and manage the daily facilities maintenance duties and other assigned duties for the Medford Public School District.
Responsibilities:
 Possess sufficient mechanical aptitude to conduct repairs and maintenance to plumbing, heating and electrical equipment.
 Supervise employees and be responsible for the quality of work completed by all interior building custodial employees and outside building and grounds employees.
 Responsible for and/or supervise the preparation of the site for athletic, music, and other special events.
 Assist the superintendent of schools in supervising and coordinating the work of outside contractors at the site.
 Budget, order/purchase all custodial supplies related to the efficient operation of the site according to approved guidelines.
Requirements:
 Reliable

 Grounds experience preferred
 Good communication and interpersonal skill
