Direct Placement 

Mortgage Loan Processor

100% onsite- Cleveland, OH

Growing home building company is looking for an entry level Mortgage Loan Processor in Cleveland, OH.  Will need to be highly driven, organized and looking for a long term career in Mortgage. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with homebuyers and internal departments throughout the loan process.
  • Manage multiple loan files.
  • Gather customer information.
  • Set up loan files.
  • Order credit reports and various other required reports
  • Follow ups on loans.
  • Coordinate closing paperwork
  • Loan types include Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA & Jumbo

Requirements: 

  • 4- year degree required
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Detail driven team player
  • High degree of organization required.
  • Client facing interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiar with Encompass software a plus
  • Eager to learn and grow in the mortgage industry
