Location: New York City, NY

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Plumbing Mechanic with a wealth of experience and a commitment to safety and excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of complex plumbing systems in commercial properties.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute plumbing projects accurately.
  • Work with various materials, including cast iron and copper piping.
  • Lead projects and guide junior mechanics, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA SST standards.
  • Manage customer interactions with professionalism, providing clear communication and solutions.
  • Handle plumbing system installations in new construction and renovation projects for both commercial and residential properties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Plumbing Mechanic, with a focus on commercial plumbing.
  • Current OSHA SST Certification.
  • Extensive knowledge of NYC plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Proven track record of reliability and high-quality work.
  • Valid New York State plumbing license.
