Job Overview 

Are you passionate about creating delicious baked goods? We're looking for a Bakery Mixer to join our team in the southwest area of town. If you have experience in batching and blending ingredients, and understand the intricacies of the baking process, we want to hear from you 

Shift:  

Mon-Fri 2:30p-11p 

Mon-Fri 6a-2:30p 

Responsibilities 

  • Mix and prepare dough according to precise recipes and specifications 

  • Use our ERP system to track ingredient consumption 

  • Ensure the highest quality standards in all your work 

  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment 

Requirements 

  • Attention to Detail: Precision is key when it comes to mixing ingredients. 

  • Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. 

  • Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others. 

  • Experience: must have Experience in batching/blending ingredients 

  • Certification: Health Card required 

  • Slip resistant shoes is a must 

  • Follow GMPs: (no jewelry, no watches, no false eyelashes, no acrylic nails, no Neckleses, no earrings) 

  • Must be able to pass Competency test
