Job Purpose: Perform all functions needed in order to pick and prepare all Amazon and small parcel shipments for shipping

Job Duties:

  • Ensure all deliveries are picked timely and accurate
  • Pack small parcel deliveries in order to protect them from damage during shipping
  • Keep track of all documentation for each delivery and record the number of packages and weight of each in order to create UPS ground shipments
  • Create shipments in SAP and record tracking
  • Generate UPS ground shipment and print labels
  • Record tracking for each shipment in SAP and shipping log
  • Invoice shipment and generate packing list to place on box with the UPS ground shipping labels
  • Ensure all UPS ground shipments ship on the dispatch date and notify the DC Manager if UPS doesn’t pick up by 3 pm daily.
  • Label all Amazon boxes after picking
  • Record FDA, PO and pallet count on staging manifest once all boxes are labeled and pallets are ready to ship
  • Communicate with dispatcher by providing staging manifest so dispatcher can assign carrier and set up shipment
  • Performs other general warehouse duties as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience Working in a Warehouse Preferred
  • Experience Working With computers and WMS
  • Able to work in a team environment and work close with other office and warehouse staff
  • Ability to Lift Heavy Objects
  • Ability to stand of long periods of time
  • Self-Motivated; Active; Safety Conscious
  • Ability to Work in a Fast Paced, Busy Environment
