Job DescriptionJob Description

The Front Desk Lead is responsible for daily management of the front desk serving We Care Chiropractic and Warsaw Secret for Weight Loss. This position serves as the main point of contact for all office-related details. For this reason, the Front Desk Lead is expected to be professional, highly organized and neatly presented. Responsibilities for this position include opening and closing the office, managing doctor availability and staffing, resolving patient/vendor/employee questions, and ensuring the office is always functioning efficiently and effectively. A successful Front Desk Lead will excel in verbal and written communication, work well with others, and be service driven. He/She must also be able to multitask without sacrificing accuracy of work and manage sensitive patient and employee data while always maintaining required confidentiality.

General Duties (25-35 hours/week)

  • Ensure offices are appropriately staffed at all times
  • Manage doctors' schedules of availability and out-of-office appointments
  • Manage office email account and respond in a timely manner
  • Act as Administrator and go-to for Eclipse EHR system
  • Reconcile and deposit monies weekly
  • Resolve any patient questions concerning accounts and billing
  • Purchase and maintain stock of all office, therapy and weight loss clinic supplies
  • Identify and address any opportunities for improved office efficiency/effectiveness
  • Raise awareness of any employee and/or patient issues to doctors for resolution

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED); Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with electronic health records
  • Problem solver with a positive, friendly attitude and ability to multitask
  • Team player willing to accept constructive criticism as a means for growth
