Looking for an Intake Specialist in Charlotte, NC and Phoenix, AZ

About the Role:

  • Receive inbound calls and conduct case intake from a queue for 6-8 hours per day
  • Provide consultation on general policy questions, drive resolution for less complex cases
  • Identify cases requiring escalation and complete required documentation.

Answer basic questions and refer managers to the correct Employee Relations Tools or resources as needed

Desired Skills:

  • Call Center experience, specifically intake
  • Working in case management systems
  • HR / ER experience

Responsibilities:

  • Intake information from a phone queue for 6-8 hours per day
  • Complete intake form and tracker
  • Set up case in case management systemAnswer basic questions and refer managers to the correct Employee Relations Tools or resources as needed
  • Expectation of 15 minutes per intake
