**Job Posting: Sous Chef at Larsen’s Grill**

**Position:** Sous Chef 
**Location:** Larsen’s Grill 
**Hours:** 40-50 hours per week 

**About Us:** 
Larsen’s Grill is an upscale dining establishment known for our exceptional food, warm ambiance, and superior service. We are looking for a talented and dedicated Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Ensure consistency and quality of dishes
- Oversee kitchen staff and delegate tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Develop new recipes and contribute to menu planning
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed

**Qualifications:**
- 2-3 years of similar kitchen experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure

**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience in plate creation and recipe development
