Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and Repair:

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Offer professional advice on maintenance and upgrades to plumbing systems.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by completing work in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compliance and Safety:
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety standards.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols to prevent accidents.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and advancements in plumbing technology.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed, including details of repairs, installations, and maintenance activities.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required by the company.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and filed appropriately.
  • Equipment and Inventory Management:
  • Properly use and maintain plumbing tools and equipment.
  • Manage inventory of plumbing supplies and parts, ensuring availability for scheduled work.
  • Order and replenish stock as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional plumber.
  • Certifications: Valid plumbing license as required by local, state, or federal regulations.
