Our client, a large chemical manufacturer is looking for a dynamic Regulatory Data & Compliance Specialist to joint their team in Research Triangle Park.

 

This is a long-term contract role (possible extension or direct hire) with a pay rate of $ 50 - $60 hourly. (Benefits available) 

 

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a regulated industry, with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. This role involves managing high-volume document control and technical writing tasks to support regulatory compliance and data management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform document control activities, including analyzing, editing, and reorganizing metadata to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilize technical writing skills to create and revise documentation as needed, ensuring clarity and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Adapt communication styles to meet business needs, including managing and following up on certificate requests.
  • Support global pesticide registrations by providing various certificates and legalized documents.
  • Coordinate and manage the timely processing of certificates through government agencies.
  • Oversee the layout and coordination of B2B pesticide labels.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases for label versions and changes, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing label workloads, adjusting to schedule shifts, and addressing stakeholder needs with effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in science or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control or records management within a regulated industry.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as Adobe Acrobat Professional, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
