Valhalla MSO is looking for a strategic assistant to serve as the CEO's right hand. In this role, you will specialize in calendar management, problem solving, executing ideas, and act as a liaison between the CEO, executive team, and other departments. In this role you will act as the eyes and ears of the CEO amongst the executive team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-level calendars with precision and efficiency
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other departments and external contacts
  • Keep schedules running smoothly using various platforms such as Notion and G-suite
  • Thorough proofreading of documents for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors
  • Efficiently perform data entry and transcription tasks
  • Ensure accuracy by proofreading documents for errors
  • Handle phone calls and messages effectively
  • Take note of CEO's ideas/thoughts 
  • Carry out projects and producing ideas with the CEO

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite for document management (Gmail, Google Calendar, G-chat) 
  • Proficiency in using notion and zoom 
  • Excellent proofreading skills
  • Familiarity with electronic signature platforms like DocuSign
  • Experience with managing schedules
  • Familiarity with phone systems and professional call handling
  • Strong organizational skills for efficient file and document management

You'll also handle incoming communication and perform general office tasks like maintaining records and ordering supplies. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional skills and take on additional duties assigned by executives.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a high-paced environment

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • At least four years of related experience

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
