Customer Service Specialist – Temp to hire – San Rafael - $30 – 34/hour

Local municipality is seeking an energetic, team player for this temp to hire Customer Service role. Excellent opportunity to provide exemplary service with a join a cohesive, congenial team of professionals. Prior experience or exposure to the construction industry/trades is highly preferred

  • Duration: Temp to hire
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Location: 100% Onsite in Central Marin County
  • Pay: $30-34 per hour

 

Customer Service Specialist responsibilities

  • Front desk/phones: greeting and directing visitors; answer questions
  • General administrative duties: data entry, filing, document preparation and processing
  • Payment processing; receipt documentation
  • Maintain inventory/stock office supplies

 

Customer Service Specialist requirements

  • 2+ years prior high level customer service experience
  • Technically adept; MS Office experience; able to quickly learn and utilize new software
  • Clear and concise communication skills; written and verbal
  • Ability to act with diplomacy and foster a harmonious work environment
  • Prior experience or exposure to the construction industry/trades is highly preferred
