THIS IS AN IN PERSON POSITION ONLY. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will:

- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Assist with data entry.
- Must be knowledgeable in QuickBooks, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Perform general clerical duties such as typing, copying and answering phones.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Update company’s social media accounts.

 

Job Types: Part-time

Pay: $17-19 per hour

Expected hours: 15-20 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • No weekends

Ability to Commute:

  • New Bedford, MA (Required)

Work Location: In person
