Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
  2. Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  3. Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  4. Enforce and Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
  5. Direct customer contact and interactions
  6. Build and implement job schedules

Qualifications:

  1. Direct Remodeling construction management experience required including whole-house renovation, additions, kitchens, baths, etc
  2. Familiarity with construction management software, preferably Buildertrend
  3. Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  4. Experience with building and implementing a schedule for a remodel job from start to finish
  5. Deadline and detail-oriented, Self starter who can immedieatly

Job Type: Full-time
