Job Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff

  • Ensure the hotel meets health and safety standards
  • Monitor and manage quality assurance programs
  • Prepare and submit reports to upper-level management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a hotel management role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations and management best practices
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage and lead a team of staff
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, hotel management software, and other related applications
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
