Our client in Edison, NJ is looking for an ONSITE Family Law Paralegal for a direct hire position.

Family Law Paralegal hours are M-F 8:30am - 5pm. 
 

Responsibilities for Paralegal:

  • Acting as a point of contact between attorney(s) and clients/employees
  • Drafting and editing legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing attorney(s) calendar by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel
  • Managing phone calls and emails for the attorney(s)
  • Transcribing dictation
  • Following up on any outstanding assignments/projects

Requirements for Paralegal:

  • Must have 3 - 5 years' experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal
  • Experience in family law
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
