**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in the flooring industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of commercial flooring products, installation processes, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
