Job DescriptionJob DescriptionNext Level Apartments is hiring a Full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician in Indianola, Iowa. This position will be overseeing maintenance at apartment buildings in the Indianola and Norwalk area. If you have experience and knowledge of general handyman services and construction as well as excellent customer service and time management skills this job is for you.

Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)

- Completion of service requests

- Completion of apartment turns

- General maintenance and appearance of the property

- Minor electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair helpful

Qualifications:

- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred.

- Provide own hand tools

- Basic knowledge of home repair

- Valid driver’s license

- Ability to work 40 hours per week

- Work with minimal supervision

- Manage time and prioritize tasks

- Good communication skills
