The Manager of our Pure Green Carmel restaurant is an enthusiastic team leader who loves to serve and put a smile on the customer’s face.  They lead by example, are organized and capable of coordinating daily management operations, while delivering our healthy high-quality products with customer service to match.  They must have a sense of urgency and accuracy when it comes to responding to customers’ and team members’ inquiries, complaints, and praise. We are looking for someone who can confidently delegate to ensure all tasks are completed as well as creating warm and exciting team-oriented environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead a team of up to 10 people including teen-agers.  Each shift consists of 2-4 people
  • Salaried position requires working 40-45 hrs per week including weekend hours
  • Schedules staff hours and assigns duties per defined checklists
  • Ensures smoothie technicians are operating economically and timely when preparing food
  • Inspects food and food preparation to maintain quality standards and sanitation regulations
  • Investigates and resolves any food quality and service complaints
  • Monitors compliance with health, fire and franchise regulations regarding food preparation and serving, and building maintenance in dining facilities
  • Orders and receives food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity
  • Oversees food and equipment inventories and keeps accurate records
  • Upholds our standards for personnel performance and customer service

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years leading a food service team (Team Lead,  Asst. Manager, Manager) or 3+ years restaurant experience preferred
  • Food Handler certification preferred but can be acquired on job
  • Ability to quickly learn and train others on all aspects of Pure Green operations
  • Ability to deliver top notch hospitality and motivate others to do so
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coach a team to deliver excellence
  • Understanding of basic financial aspects for running a business

COMPENSATION:

  • $650-750 per week depending on experience + tips + monthly bonus structure
  • Work Tablet (Surface or IPad)
  • 1 week paid vacation after 6 months.
