​Position Overview:

As our Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of running the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and delivering of parts and equipment to job sites. You will also play a key role in managing warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and availability of stock. Our warehouse plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of goods to our customers.

Hours:

Monday - Friday: 7am - 4pm

​Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and delivery of parts and equipment
  • Pull parts and materials as needed for job orders and package them to deliver to job sites
  • Coordinate and deliver materials to job sites (requires driving of box truck or work van)
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate inventory replenishment activities
  • Collaborate with other departments, for logistics, procurement, and delivery to support our business objectives
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize workflow and minimize errors
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage and maintain warehouse and fleet vehicles

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in warehouse management, delivery driver or a similar role, with a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence
  • Valid NC Driver's License with clean driving record (required)
  • Candidates must have the ability to lift and carry 70+ lbs (required)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
  • Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment (preferred)
