Position Summary:

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurse candidates to join our team in our Omaha, NE office. In this role, you will be instrumental blending traditional nursing care with innovative technology. Serving a diverse patient population, you will collaborate with bedside nursing teams across various healthcare systems to provide exceptional virtual inpatient care.

Highlighted Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient admission and discharge processes effectively.
  • Collaborate with bedside nursing team to provide comprehensive virtual care.
  • Educate patients and families, facilitating a thorough understanding of their plan of care.
  • Document care delivery timely and accurately ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Mentor and coach bedside nurses.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current unencumbered Registered Nurse license, preferably compact/multistate
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited school.
  • Proven nursing skills with a focus on assessments, education, and care coordination in the acute inpatient hospital setting.
  • Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in using technology.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems like EPIC, Cerner and Meditech.
  • Valid BLS (and ACLS, if required) certification.
  • Commitment to maintaining hospital-based credentials.
