DENTAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR

**At Capitol Dental Care, we strive to provide exceptional service in a caring and professional manner.

Appointments—Effectively and according to goals, Schedule Doctor and Hygiene appointments using the office systems. Must be energetic, proactive, and results-focused.

Financials - Retrieving Insurance benefits for subscriber/patient, estimating and processing co-payments for all office visits. Must be 100% accurate with payments, excellent verbal and written communication, and organized.

Clinical - Will train for essential support and attainment of PA Radiology Licensure.

  • *Must be professional in attitude and appearance.
  • Great smile and an engaging personality
  • Must believe in Teamwork and a commitment to excellence.


Must possess Strong Computer skills (we utilize Dentrix and Microsoft products)
