Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur company is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant - Account Payable to join our team He or She will be responsible for the following: Salary Depending on Years of Experience
Responsibilities:
Answering calls and taking messages/receptionist duties
Perform Errands (ie. mail pick up, bank deposits, rent payment pick up etc)
Perform basic data entry and administrative duties (ie. copying of documents and filing, etc)
Preparation of various letters to tenants
Qualifications:
Fundamental knowledge of QuickBooks Pro Preference
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
