Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Channel Marketing to lead our efforts in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with related businesses. The primary focus of this role is to develop and execute channel marketing strategies aimed at marketing and selling our tax resolution services through our growing network of channel partners. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in channel marketing, preferably in relevant professional tax or financial services industries. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement channel marketing strategies to promote and sell tax resolution services through channel partner relationships.
  • Identify and evaluate potential channel partners whose customers align with our target market and are viable client prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including negotiating agreements and providing ongoing support and training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and success of channel marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization within the channel.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to channel marketing activities, including partner acquisition, revenue generation, and customer engagement.
  • Drive continuous improvement through testing, optimization, and iteration of channel marketing strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, preferably in relevant professional or financial services industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing channel partner relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, tactics, and strategies, with the ability to translate them into effective channel marketing programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and drive results.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and finding new ways to reach and engage target audiences.
  • Bilingual fluency in English / Spanish and relevant experience executing channel marketing strategies in the markets servicing the domestic Spanish speaking demographic is a significant plus.
