Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure cohesive project branding and marketing Direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services Oversee the creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials Design print ads and publications, ensuring all marketing materials align with brand strategy Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback Oversee the company's marketing budget and ensure effective budget spending Manage and refine the organization's social media presence and website Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications Cultivate relationships with key industry players and organizations Participate in lead generation for the Sales team Qualifications
