Job DescriptionJob Description

Assist in the daily running of a medical practice 4 Days per week as a Medical Assistant.

  • The job would require working under the supervision of 2 physicians.
  • Every task that is required in a Medical Assistant's job. This would include working with the Electronic Medical Record, making appointments, setting up various diagnostic tests, collecting results.
  • Greeting the patient's, pulling charts, assist in communicating with referral offices, patient and families, health insurances plans, handle billing inquiries and coordinate a variety of communications.
  • Help in the examination of the patient. Perform basic Pulmonary Function Testing.

The tasks could be classified, 60% ADMINISTRATIVE and 40% Clinical/Medical
