Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCrossroads Courier is a nationwide courier company seeking a Sales Enablement & Marketing Specialist for our headquarters location in St. Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and adaptable with proven problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. #ZR

Schedule: 8:30am - 5:30pm, M-F

Pay: $55,000/year

General Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Marketing Management
    • Manage sales enablement tools and platforms, such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, lead generation, sales engagement platforms, and content management systems.
    • Ensuring that data entered the CRM is accurate, complete, and up to date.
    • Establishing data entry standards and guidelines for Account Executives.
    • Regularly auditing the CRM data to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
    • Customizing the CRM to meet the specific needs of the sales team, such as creating custom fields, workflows, and reports.
    • Implementing automation workflows to streamline repetitive tasks, such as lead assignment and follow-up reminders.
    • Continuously optimizing the CRM setup to enhance usability and efficiency.
    • Manage integrating the CRM with other sales and marketing tools, such as email marketing platforms, sales enablement tools, and customer support systems.
    • Create and execute email campaigns as requested.
  • Training and Development
    • Standardizing sales processes within the CRM to ensure consistency and efficiency.
    • Providing initial and ongoing training to sales teams on how to effectively use the CRM system.
    • Creating training materials, guides, and best practices documentation for sales tools.
    • Support and troubleshooting assistance for CRM users.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Facilitating communication between sales, marketing, operations, and other relevant departments. Acting as a liaison to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and initiatives.
  • Content Creation
    • Customizing sales materials to suit different markets, regions, and customer segments.
    • Ensuring that content is appropriate and relevant for specific audiences.

RequirementsRequirements:
  • Professional experience--
    • Sales Experience: Previous experience in a sales-related role to understand the challenges and dynamics of the sales process.
    • Enablement Experience: Experience in a sales enablement role or related fields such as sales operations, sales training, or marketing.
    • Industry Experience: Familiarity with the logistics industry.
  • Technical Skills--
    • CRM Proficiency: Experience with Zoho or Salesforce required.
    • Sales Enablement Tools: Proficiency with sales enablement platforms such as Zoom Info, Seamless, and Canva.
    • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze sales data and metrics using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI.
    • Content Management: Experience with content management systems (CMS) and tools for creating and managing sales content.
  • Soft Skills--
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and create training materials.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with sales teams, leadership, and cross-functional departments.
    • Training and Coaching: Strong ability to train, coach, and mentor sales representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Project Management: Effective project management skills to handle multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge and Competencies--
    • Sales Process Knowledge: Understanding of the sales process, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the company's products or services to create relevant and effective sales materials.
    • Market Awareness: Awareness of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Personal Attributes--
    • Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
    • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and environments.
    • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement effective solutions.
