Position Purpose

The prime objective of this role is to respond to customer needs quickly, effectively, and in a professional manner, collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues, nurture relationships, and improve brand credibility.

 

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

·        Represent Stylex by acting as the primary point of contact for the customer and sales reps.

·        Develop and nurture customer and sales rep relationships from initial quote through final delivery, all with an air of professionalism and approachability.

·        Be an expert in all Stylex products.

·        Prepare quotes and enter orders in an accurate and detailed manner.

·        Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with Marketing, Design, Engineering and Production to find answers to satisfy a customer’s needs in a timely manner.

·        Be a problem solver and know when to escalate high priority issues.

·        Ensure accuracy by double checking and validating all drawings and pricing before sending to client.

·        Report CET pricing issues to the Design Technology team

 

Skills & Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree and/or Associate’s degree with 5-7 years customer facing experience; Knowledge of the furniture industry a plus.

·        Strong interpersonal skills

·        Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and must have the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

·        Must be detail-oriented with a solid understanding of the importance of accuracy and precision in work.

·        Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Must be able to communicate, both verbally and in writing, through phone, email, and virtually.

·        Ability to solve practical problems and deal with many variables.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

·        Must love Design
