The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting additional products or services.

Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, orders, and general questions
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Communicate effectively with customers using phone etiquette
- Perform data entry to update customer information in the system
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Provide support in English and Spanish for bilingual customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred

- Mechanical Assembly or Maintenance Technician exp a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers
- Proficiency in data entry and multitasking
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide suitable solutions
