Job DescriptionJob Description Claims specialist needed for roofing company. 
Looking for fresh start applications willing to learn about roofing, insurance policies, and customer development. Sales experience is not required, personal coaches will teach, train, and develop individuals. The average pay for a starting specialist is $65,000. The company provides professional roofing installation. The primary role of the Claims Specialist is to educate the customer on their roof and options available for insurance replacement.  . 

Training will be provided on-site and will be ongoing.

Qualifications

· Must be U.S. Citizen

· Must pass a background check once hired

· High level of customer service

· Possess good oral communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks at once with strict deadlines and prioritization skills.

· Ability to assess problems and recommend viable solutions to resolve issues.

· Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others and departments to achieve objectives and resolve escalations.

· Ability to listen and comprehend calls while evaluating customer service and missed sales opportunities to increase performance behavior.

Responsibilities

· Provide Excellent Customer Service.

· Show up on time.

· Do the job correctly the first time.

· All other responsibilities assigned by your direct supervisor not mentioned in posting.

Physical Demands: Able to safely work on a ladder.

Probationary Period: All employees must complete a 90 working days probationary period from the first day of work

Background Check: Potential employees must pass a background check once hired since the employee will be working with company-sensitive information.
