We are seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Support to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Call clients with specific information
- Use and maintain office equipment (phone, scanner, copier, postage meter)
- Follow detailed procedures checklists for various client activities
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work with Microsoft 365; CRM, Excel
