Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Call clients with specific information
  • Use and maintain office equipment (phone, scanner, copier, postage meter)
  • Follow detailed procedures checklists for various client activities
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work with Microsoft 365; CRM, Excel
