Job DescriptionJob Description

Mason Management Residential is a fast-paced property management and real estate office. We manage 200+ residential rental properties, ranging from condominiums to multi-family homes. We are looking for a well-rounded maintenance technician to join our property management team

Responsibilities:

- Ensure that maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner

- Perform regular, routine inspections to identify potential issues and recommend preventive measures

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment history

- Follow proper procedures and safety guidelines are being followed

Qualifications:

  • Proficient understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc. (This includes basic tasks, such as changing a faucet, installing light fixtures, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of facilities, machines, and equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be organized and have great time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in business administration or facility management will be an advantage.
  • Drywall patching and painting experience is a bonus.
  • Must have an active driver's license
