IT Helpdesk Specialist

Shifts: Mon - Thur (6AM to 4PM), Onsite position

 

Typical Day in the Role:

·        Most of the day is resolving customer tickets for PC’s and printers.

·        Responsible for printing labels, production labels, production support labels

·        Assisting the customer with any manufacturing system issues that they encounter

·        Number of tickets every day vary, low volume shop

·        Have to be able to troubleshoot a lot of different things

·        Attend manufacturing and production meetings

·        Interaction level – team of 1, their manager will be managing them remotely from KC. The concord manufacturing site is a small team, they will be part of the entire manufacturing team.

·        A mix of individual and team work.

 

Requirements:

·        Degree requirements – Associate’s

·        2- 4 years’ experience in the IT field

·        Experience with manufacturing/warehouse location

·        Someone that is strong, PC’s and printers

·        Someone who has manufacturing/warehouse support in their past

·        PC tech for a manufacturing or warehouse locations

 

Top 3 skills:

·        2- 4 years’ experience in the IT field

·        Experience with manufacturing/warehouse location

·        Networking Experience
