The Position:

Manage client accounts, including invoicing, payment collection, bill entry & payment, and financial reporting. Strong Excel skills are a MUST.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Handles high volume of work efficiently
  • Works independently
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Precise attention to detail
  • Tolerates repetitive tasks
  • Excellent phone communication and data entry skills
  • Accounting/bookkeeping or executive assistant background preferred
  • QuickBooks experience helpful

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $55,120 per year + monthly MetroCard + paid major holidays
  • After 3 months: full major medical, 401K matching, generous vacation
  • Potential total compensation with profit-sharing: $80,000+

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
