Main Job Responsibilities:

  1. Client Account CONNECT System Management:
    • Serve as the primary responsible person for managing a Priority Client’s CONNECT system, a comprehensive database for storing and maintaining all product, component, and material test records, certificates, self-declarations, and inspection records.
    • Respond to requests for test results within 24 hours.
  2. Compliance Assurance:
    • Ensure that the entire supply chain, including incoming materials, components, finished goods, and processes, complies with customer product documentation.
    • Conduct risk assessments on new materials and products. Use PFMEA and DFMEA to develop control plans.
  3. Test Report Analysis and Communication:
    • Analyze test reports from third-party laboratories.
    • Facilitate communication between various testing laboratories, including:
      • Material chemical tests
      • Material physical tests
      • Finished goods TVOC tests
      • Finished goods FR tests
      • Finished goods durability, impact, and safety tests
  4. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Coordinate with the customer’s business and compliance teams to ensure 100% compliance with client’s standards.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support Customer Quality Specialist in:
    • Supplier Quality Control (SQC)
    • In-Coming Material Quality Control (IQC)
    • Final Inspection
  • CASY System Management:
    • Handle tasks related to the customer account’s claim system, including:
      • SQR (Store Quality Report)
      • Investigations from customer account Distribution Centers (DC)
      • Product and service claims management

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting test reports and conducting risk assessments.
  • Proficiency in using quality management systems and databases.

Preferred Experience:1-5 years

 

Educational Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 1-5 years experience are preferred.
  • Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or related fields is a plus.
  • Familiarity with PFMEA, DFMEA, and other quality management tools.
