Join our dynamic team and lead our field operations on exciting commercial projects. As a Senior Superintendent, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide overall leadership of field operations, including labor coordination, quality control, and safety.
- Manpower Management: Recruit, hire, and manage field labor, ensuring efficient deployment and productivity.
- Project Execution: Plan, schedule, and coordinate on-site functions, overseeing tool, material, and equipment ordering.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure installations meet contracted scope and customer expectations, adhering to design specifications and quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce OSHA and company safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Coordination: Coordinate installation activities between trades and subcontractors, ensuring smooth project progress.
- Reporting: Oversee labor reporting, job cost reviews, and time sheets.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years of field experience within the HVAC construction industry (REQUIRED), with 10+ years of experience within the Plumbing construction industry (preferred).
- Leadership: Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, including the ability to interpret shop drawings and specifications.
- Safety: Safety training certification or the ability to obtain one.
- Compliance: Adherence to OSHA regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., work in extreme weather conditions, and maintain regular, punctual attendance.
