We're seeking a talented Content Editor to join our team and play a crucial role in creating and managing engaging content for our SharePoint-based projects. You'll collaborate with our team of developers and designers to ensure our content is informative, well-structured, and accessible to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage high-quality content for SharePoint sites, including articles, blog posts, training materials, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and organize content.
  • Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve visibility.
  • Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and style standards.
  • Create and maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, and other content types.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of SharePoint workflows and automations.
  • Provide support to end-users on how to create, edit, and manage content within SharePoint.
  • Stay up-to-date on SharePoint best practices and emerging trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a content editor or writer.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint features and capabilities.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to proofread effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
