Are you a semi-truck trailer part specialist with great mechanical skills? Looking for a new challenge with a highly successful company? If so, this is the role for you.
As a Parts Clerk, you will be responsible for undertaking a range of activities which will enhance or facilitate our shop's parts sales function.
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers, complete stock orders and handle counter sales when required.
-Keep track of in-house parts inventory along with multiple service truck inventories.
-Ensuring that parts for incoming jobs are available.
-Maintaining company owned tools that are checked in and out to employees.
As an employee, you must possess a great attitude and superb communication skills. An effective team player, you must also have strong multi-tasking abilities and an excellent attention to detail. A good level of IT literacy is also key.
Requirements:
-Must have at least two years' experience with semi-truck trailer parts or repair industry experience
-Good mechanical abilities
-Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
-Must have inventory experience
-Must be a good problem solver and be able to utilize the internet to search and find parts and there
availability
- Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment
