We work in very expensive homes installing systems ranging from simple to very complex. Our Operations Coordinator supports project management by assisting in planning, coordination, and execution of all projects. 

As an Operations coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating the installation of equipment and components for a project. This role ensures that contractors meet their obligations and that all work is completed according to approved contracts, specifications, and schedules. The coordinator serves as a liaison with project management, providing updates on progress and delays, and they proactively identify and resolve site issues that may affect project delivery. The Operations Coordinator ensures project organization and supports the project management team to successful project completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between contractors and project management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and manage project documentation.
  • Schedule tasks and track project progress.
  • Support communication and collaboration among project team members.
  • Assist in procurement activities.
  • Facilitate issue resolution to prevent project delays.
  • Maintain project organization.
  • Support the successful completion of construction projects.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to installation contractors.
